      </table><br><p class="para_topic">NX uses Knowledge Enabled part families and templates for smart insertion into assemblies. If a part family or template is Knowledge Enabled, the <b class="uiTerm">Add Reuseable Component</b> dialog box opens when you drag the part from the <b class="uiTerm">Reuse Library</b> into the graphics window. You can make changes to a Knowledge Enabled part already in your assembly by choosing <b class="uiTerm">Edit Reusable Component </b>from the shortcut menu in the graphics window. 
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic"> Part families like commercial standard parts i.e. screws and bolts, washers, and nuts; can only be added by reference. Part templates are parametric components with an external spreadsheet to drive the dimension changes. You can clone or reference part templates. </p>
      <div class="title_division">Where do I find it?</div>
      <p class="para_division">When you drag a Knowledge Enabled part template or family from the <b class="uiTerm">Reuse Library</b> into the graphics window, the software launches the <b class="uiTerm">Add Reusable Component</b> dialog box to insert that part into your assembly. <br>If you select <b class="uiTerm">Edit Reusable Component</b> from the shortcut menu of a Knowledge Enabled part already in your assembly, the software launches the <b class="uiTerm">Edit Reusable Component</b> dialog box. <br>Both dialog boxes contain the same methods for modifying the reusable component.
