      <p class="para_topic"> This option sets the sensitivity of the cursor motion as it relates to navigation speed. The sliding scale indicates the level of sensitivity of the Navigation Cursor, with low and high values. Low values mean low sensitivity, and low rate of screen movement in relation to cursor movement. High values mean there will be a high rate of screen movement in relation to cursor movement. A low setting is easier to control than a high setting.</p>
