      <p class="para_topic">The Two-Sided Light option specifies whether lighting should be applied to both the front and backsides of faces. If the option is turned on, then lighting from a light source is applied to the front or the back face, depending on which side is exposed to the light source. If the option is turned off, then lighting is not applied to the back of a face even if the back is exposed to the light source.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">For best display quality in most situations, the Two-Sided Light option should be enabled. The option can be turned off to better distinguish the front and backsides of faces. Also, turning off the option can improve display performance by a small amount on some workstation configurations.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Two-Sided Light Customer Default</div>
      <p class="para_division">The system saves the Two-Sided Light setting of each view in the part file. When you create a new part, the system initializes the Two-Sided Light setting of each new view according to a customer default. </p>
