      <p class="para_topic">The <b class="uiTerm">Objects</b> drop-down menu gives you access to <b class="uiTerm">Object</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Feature Direction</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Vector</b>.

      <p class="para_division">Use <b class="uiTerm">Object</b> to help you pick your first curve, face, or line.

      <div class="title_division">Feature Direction</div>

      <p class="para_division">Use <b class="uiTerm">Feature Direction</b> when you want to determine the direction of a feature such as a cylinder.  When you select the feature, the system indicates the direction with an arrow(s).

      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Vector</b> takes you to the  Vector Constructor so you can select a vector.

      <p class="para_division">Use the next <b class="uiTerm">Object</b> to pick your second curve, face, or line.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Two Curves</div>
      <p class="para_division">When you select two curves, the system determines the curves' intersection point, or minimum distance points if the curves do not intersect. The system uses the end point nearest the selection point as the origin of the angle. </p>
      <p class="para_division">Each curve's tangent vector at the intersection or minimum distance points displays with a conehead vector.  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/direction.gif" border="0"> The vector's direction is based on your selection point. If your pick point lies between the minimum distance point and the start of the curve, the conehead represents the negated tangent vector. The actual curve tangent vector displays if your selection point is between the minimum distance point and the end of the curve.
