               <p class="para_td">Choose this option to measure 3D distance.</p>

                     <p class="para_item">Select a start object from which to measure distance. As you move the cursor to select a second point, a ruler appears.</p>
                     <p class="para_item">When you move the cursor around, a ruler appears.  This ruler moves as you move the cursor. If your first pick was an object, the ruler moves around the object to indicate the closest point to the pre-selected second point.  The ruler tracks the minimum distance.</p>

                     <p class="para_item">Select the second object to place the ruler and make the measurement.</p>

                     <p class="para_item">The software displays the projected distance with dotted yellow lines joining the distance measurement to the source geometry.</p>

               <p class="para_td">To measure the screen distance:</p>

                     <p class="para_item">Select the second point to measure to.</p>
                     <p class="para_item">The screen distance is displayed in a temporary box on the screen and listed to the Information window.</p>

               <p class="para_td">When you select a curve for arc length measurement, the software shows the length as a simple small circle on the measured geometry. </p>

               <p class="para_td">Choose this option to measure the radius of an arc, circle, or circular edge. When you select an arc, circle, or circular edge, the ruler displays the distance from the center of the arc to the pick point on the arc. </p>
